Refund policy
Return and exchange period:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Reasons for return or exchange:
- A return and exchange is possible if the item has a manufacturing defect or damage.
- We DON’T exchange and refund if size don’t suits
Return and exchange conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Items with any signs of wear, dirt, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by the store.
Shipping costs:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges (unless the item is defective).
Exchange process:
- Before sending an exchange request, please contact us and provide photos of the item.
- After approval, we will provide the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the new size to you.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue store credit.
